To purchase from Frenchfleurs.com, you are required to sign up for an account and you can do so by clicking here. Once you have chosen your desired items, please add them to cart and checkout for confirmation. Please note that items will be put on reservation for only 36 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon.

If you are interested in any item that is Out of Stock, you may wish to sign up for product alert. If there is any pending deal that falls through or restock, we will email you promptly.


Payment Details
Frenchfleurs.com accepts all major credit cards, Paypal transfers and iBanking/ATM transfers. There is no additional charges for Paypal or credit card payments.

For iBanking/ATM transfers, our account details are as follows:

We do accept interbank transfers, however, please inform us upon receiving the confirmation email.


Shipping Details
All packages will be mailed out within the next 1-3 working days upon verification of payment. Frenchfleurs uses Singapore Post as its shipping carrier. We are not liable for any lost mail, however, in any case, we will do call/email Singapore Post to enquire on your behalf.

Postage fees varies accordingly to weight of item(s) and its destination.

For local postage, please allow 1-3 working days for the parcel to reach you.
For international shipping, please allow 6-8 working days for the parcel to reach you.

Please note that working days refer to Mondays - Fridays, excluding weekends and Public Holidays.


Exchange Policy
At Frenchfleurs.com, all items are checked and packed carefully before posting out. However, if you do find any defects, please contact us within 7 working days. Each case will reviewed individually.

For any exhange, item should be valued at the same price or lower. Top-up is required if desired item is of higher value.
