All parcels from Frenchfleurs.com are posted out via Singapore Post.
Frenchfleurs will not be liable for any lost mail.
For local shipping, it is stongly advisable for you to opt for registered postage.
2. Local Shipping
Postage fees range from $0.80 to over $5.00 depending on weight of item(s).
Upon mailing out the parcel, please allow 1-3 working days for it to reach you.
3. International Shipping
International Shipping is limited to only Australia, China, France, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan, United States & United Kingdom. If you would like to ship to a country not listed above, please contact us.
Postage fees range from $3.00 to over $70.00 depending on weight of item(s) and destination.
You may get an estimation of the postage fees upon checkout.
All international shipping are send by Air Mail and has a tracking number which you can track your parcel at SingPost website.
Upon mailing out the parcel, please allow 6-8 working days for it to reach you.
